All rentals are to be mailed to Orangeville Fire Company, PO Box 177, Orangeville Pa 17815, with a signed rental agreement, certificate of insurance listing Orangeville Community Fire Company as additional certificate holder, and a $50.00 deposit TO HOLD YOUR DATE, FULL RENTAL FEE MUST BE RECEIVED 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT, In the event that you do not return the signed agreement, certificate of Insurance and full amount due, Orangeville Community Fire Company has the right to refuse the use of their facility and you forfeit your deposit.
Upon inspection of the hall after your event and no damage to our facility,and the approval of the company, we shall return the deposit at the next company meeting, by company check in the amount of $50.00.
Any returned checks will be charged $50.00 return check fee.
